modern warfare 2 ps3 360 50 centBioshock 2 has a firm release date for North America- the sequel to the hugely popular first person RPG will be released on February 9th, 2010. While the sequel still takes place in the original title's setting, the city of Rapture, the new game lets you fill the boots of a collossal Big Daddy. Many fans have voiced concerns over the fact that the new game is not being developed by the original's team and features gimicky modes such as a multiplayer deathmatch. We'll have to wait until next year to find out if these mumblings are true.

A new Modern Warfare branded Xbox 360 is being released worldwide on November 10th, alongside the title itself. For £249 ($400) you get the console (plastered with random numbers and number '2's'), a 250GB hard drive, two wireless controllers and a copy of the game itself. So now you can buy a generic shooter alongside your new console for slightly less.
The UK has bagged a Forza 3 Xbox 360 bundle too, which will be available before Christmas. It has exactly the same inside except you get a nicer looking Elite console (read: plain) and Forza 3, obviously. Buy that one instead.
On a similar note, the 250GB PS3 is seemingly more and more likely with rumours claiming an Uncharted 2 bundle. The Wii is also reportedly getting a price cut, which is slightly overdue.

While The Beatles: Rock Band has been met with huge critical acclaim (you can read our review here) and has broken Harmonix's internal expectations in terms of sales, it was still beaten in stores by Guitar Hero 5. Despite topping the charts in the US the fab four didn't do as well in the UK and according to Activision Guitar Hero's latest iteration has sold four times as many, yet again proving Kotick has sold his soul to the devil.

Yakuza 3 is still rumoured to be coming to the west, with an undisclosed 'internal source' saying that localisation is underway. While the first two games were well received by critics and the first title featured an all star cast (including Mark Hamill) neither of them did very well at retail.
